Visions of Dublin exhibition
I am very excited about my first solo exhibition at the Brick Alley Cafe, 25 Essex St East, Temple Bar, Dublin, opening on January 30th. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to exhibit my work in such a nice and central venue. The exhibition features both my digital and analogue black and white work and shows different visions of Dublin, a city I very much love, from cityscapes, street scenes and portraits of Dublin people, to my more introspective, almost abstract works. The photographs were taken between 2010 and 2012. Will also have additional work at The Cat’s Miau shop on 74 Francis street during the month of March
Fund raising slide show concert
Very happy to be taking part in a fundraising event for Crumlin’s children’s hospital on Sunday the 2nd of December at 8pm in Dublin Exchange. Theatre producer Lana Stukapova has compiled slide shows of my photographs and some by another photographer as a background for the wonderful saxophone playing of her son Denny. Hope you can come! Admission is free and there’s complimentary tea and cofee.

It was part of a calendar of events for the Festival of Russian Culture. The exhibition focused on street photography and I submitted two Russian-themed photos taken at the Dublin Zombie Walk 2011 and at the Occupy Dame Street protest. ‘Caroline records’ was taken in Rathmines, Dublin, and ‘New York’ at Middle abbey Street. the wonderful stencil art is by Irish street artist ADW, The photograph to my left is by Sergej Druzhinin.
